Shipping policy
Every Adam Gormley print is made to order, printed and finished especially for you.
Delivery times
- Within Australia: please allow up to 4 weeks from the time you order for your print to be made and delivered.
- International: please allow up to 6 weeks, depending on the destination and customs.
Shipping within Australia
- Orders under $250: $15 flat rate
- Orders of $250 or more: free shipping
International shipping
We ship to selected countries, including New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and much of Europe, for a flat rate of $100 AUD per order. Available countries are shown at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges applied by their country. These are not included in the price or shipping cost.
Tracking
Once your order has been sent, we'll email you the tracking details, provided you've given us your email address at checkout.
Packaging
Paper prints are rolled and shipped in a protective tube. Canvas and aluminium prints are packed flat and ready to hang.
Damaged in transit
If your print arrives damaged, please see our Refund policy. Email photos of the packaging and the print within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement.
