These terms apply to your use of adamgormley.com.au and to any order you place with us. Adam Gormley Photography (ABN 36 483 161 920) runs this website. "We", "us" and "our" mean Adam Gormley Photography, and "you" means anyone using the site or placing an order. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our prints

Every print is made to order in your chosen size and finish: paper, canvas or aluminium. We take great care to reproduce each image faithfully. However, colours and brightness vary between screens, so your print may look slightly different from how it appears on your device. This is not considered a fault.

Any lifespan estimates for our finishes are a general guide only. The lifespan of a print cannot be specifically calculated or guaranteed, and should not be relied upon. The actual lifespan depends on framing, sunlight exposure, humidity and display conditions.

2. Custom sizes and requests

Custom or larger sizes are available on request. Contact us at adam@adamgormley.com.au for a quote. Custom orders go into production once we've confirmed the details with you and received payment.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been confirmed.

Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your card details.

4. Orders

Your order is accepted once you receive our order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund any payment in full.

Because prints are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping policy. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are covered by our Refund policy. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

6. Copyright and use of images

All photographs on this website and all prints we sell are the original work of Adam Gormley, and he owns the copyright in them.

Buying a print gives you ownership of that physical print for personal display. It does not transfer copyright or give you any right to reproduce the image. You must not:

• copy, scan, photograph or reproduce any image or print
• use any image for commercial purposes, advertising or merchandise
• resell reproductions, or share images as your own work

We do not license our images for commercial use.

7. Gift cards

Gift cards can be used to buy products on this website and do not expire. They cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

8. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price you paid.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.
